  1. Register before you fly, Visit (https://fdp.mastercard.com/st60). Visit the Mastercard Flight Delay Pass website and enter your unique Flight Delay Pass code to confirm eligibility.
  2. Add your flights. Register up to four individual flights in a single journey, including outbound, connecting and inbound legs. Registration must be completed before scheduled departure.
  3. Add passengers and contact details. Enter the name of each traveller, plus the email address and mobile number you can be reached on during travel. One FDP voucher per passenger.
  4. Confirm. You will receive an email confirming your registration. Flight Delay Pass then tracks your flight status automatically.
  5. In the event of a delay. If your flight is delayed beyond the qualifying threshold, you will receive an SMS alert and an email containing one lounge pass per registered traveller, together with your lounge location and directions.
  6. Enter the lounge. Present your lounge pass at the lounge reception. After verification, you will be welcomed in.

Register your flight before you travel. If it is delayed beyond the qualifying threshold, Flight Delay Pass automatically issues a complimentary lounge pass to you and every registered travelling companion, delivered by email and SMS. No claims form, no receipts, no waiting for a refund.
Passes are redeemable across the LoungeKey™ network: over 1,600 airport lounges and lounge alternatives, including restaurants, spas and sleep pods, spanning 500 cities across 140 countries. Asia Pacific alone offers more than 650 experiences.

  1. Validity of the Flight Delay Pass voucher is as mentioned above.
  2. Flight Delay Pass is valid for one Single Trip only. A Single Trip means a journey of up to four individual flights with separate flight numbers, taken by the registered End User.
  3. Flights must be registered before their scheduled departure time. Registrations made after departure will not be accepted.
  4. One FDP voucher is applicable to one traveller only.
  5. Lounge passes are issued only where the registered flight is delayed by 60 minutes or more from its scheduled departure time.
  6. One lounge pass is issued per registered traveller.
  7. Lounge vouchers are valid for three months from the date of issue.
  8. The name on the lounge pass must match the name on the boarding pass. Passes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
  9. A lounge pass admits the named traveller only and does not permit additional guests.
  10. Lounge access is subject to lounge space availability at the time of arrival.
  11. The LoungeKey code may be accepted on a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) as long as it is clear. If the barcode is unclear, manually key in the barcode reference number.
  12. Lounges and alternative airport experiences are part of the Collinson LoungeKey network. Participating locations are listed at loungefinder.loungekey.com/Pass and may change without notice.
