  1. Please ensure latest version of Grab app is installed
  2. Click on View Gift/View Code
  3. Click on the URL to redeem the Gift Card
  4. Select a Grab service (Transport / Food / Mart / Express) of your choice and click on “Get Your Voucher”
  5. Upon successful confirmation, voucher will be available in Offers/My Rewards section of the Grab app
  6. If using in-app, outlook or safari browsers or if you are not successfully redirected to your Grab app account, please follow the below steps:
    1. Click View Gift/View Code to reveal the Grab voucher deeplink, which will appear in the format: https://api.grab.com/gifts/v2/go?id=UUID
    2. Copy the UUID from the deeplink.
    3. Open the Grab app and click on the Gift icon. Under the Gift Code tab, paste the UUID and proceed with redemption
  7. To use your voucher:
    1. On Grab app home screen, click on a service of your choice
    2. Enter the necessary details to place an order or to make a booking
    3. Tap on Offer / Add an offer
    4. Select the GrabGifts voucher you want to use and tap on Use Now / Apply
    5. Review your booking details and place your order

  3. Valid on the latest Grab app version only
  4. Each voucher must be fully utilised when making payment (Any unutilised amount will be forfeited and shall not be refundable)
  5. Not valid for cash transactions
  6. Valid on JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCoach, GrabFamily, GrabPet and Standard Taxi only
  7. Not applicable on GrabHitch, GrabFood, GrabMart and GrabExpress
  8. Standard tolls, taxi booking fees and surcharges (if any) are applicable
  9. Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind
  10. Voucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period. No extension of validity allowed
  11. Only one voucher is valid per ride
  12. Grab reserves the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time
